Basic Bard Skills
Whenever there is a calculation for determining if you have enough skill to provoke two creatures, use peacemaking, or discordance then Basic bard skills will assist in that calculation.

This Aptitude will lower the wait time in between skill uses and lower the wait time between failed attempts to use the skill.

All Creatures Bardable
This aptitude will make all creatures have a chance at being bardable. Bosses are the main ones that are usually restricted by barding effects.
Provocation Mastery
This aptitude will artificially increase your provocation skill when the difficulty of provocation is determined.
Discordance Mastery
This aptitude will artificially increase your discordance skill when the difficulty of provocation is determined.
Peacemaking Mastery
This aptitude will artificially increase your peacemaking skill when the difficulty of peacemaking is determined.
